WHAT'S ELIGIBLE:

  • Within 5 business days of the parcel arriving, contact raraavisthelabel@gmail.com requesting a refund, with your order details and reason for refund.
  • Please ensure you send the item/s back with all its packaging, and tags are still on all items
  • After our response, please email your return tracking information within 2 business days.
  • Items that come with a sanitary liner sticker must have this on still.

WHAT'S NOT ELIGIBLE:

  • No refunds on "Sale" items 
  • Garments that have been worn, washed, tags removed, have a distinct odour, will not be accepted.
  • If you contact us regarding a refund and it has been longer than 5 business days since your parcel arriving, your return will not be eligible as it is outside of the time frame.
  • If the sanitary liner sticker is not attached at the time of return, the refund will not be eligible due to sanitary purposes. If these items are sent to us, you will not be refunded for them, and you will have to cover the cost of postage to have them sent back to you.

IMPORTANT: 

  • We do not cover return postage.
  • The scent of your garment will be compared to the stock fabric. If a distinct odour is detected (including, but not limited to: detergent, cigarette smoke & perfume), we will not issue a refund. You will have to pay for postage of an unaccepted garment if you want it returned.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on custom items. If there is an issue with your custom piece, please reach out and we'll happily fix it!
